Return Eligibility

At SilkDon, we have specific guidelines for return eligibility to ensure the hygiene and safety of our customers. Please note the following:

  • We do not accept returns on wearable hair products, including but not limited to bonnets, brushes, durags, and scarves. This policy is in place to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
  •  Items such as hoodies are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

If you have a item that is eligible for return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at silkdonllc@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring it is in resalable condition.
  5. Attach the return shipping label to the package.
  6. Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify its eligibility, we will initiate the refund process. Please note the following:

  • We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected the returned item.
  • If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact our customer support team at silkdonllc@gmail.com.
